The Marketing PMO Director will be a key part of the marketing leadership team responsible for overseeing organizational processes aligned to improve quality, productivity and efficiency and driving operational excellence. This role will be responsible for collaborating with leadership teams to make important policy and strategic decisions and develop and implement operational processes and systems. The Marketing Operations Director will lead a team of direct reports while promote a company culture that encourages positive morale, high performance, and strong team operations with “big-picture” perspective.
Responsibilities:
Track, simplify and optimize the project flow, project tracker and assets on a weekly/daily basis and escalate concerns when delays occur or projects deviate from plan.
Optimize one common workflow tool (Wrike) for all functions and stakeholders with robust report generation/dashboard
Work with cross functional teams across various levels in the organization for completion of projects on time and on quality
Identifying the need for templates and automation for repetitive tasks and executing the same to optimize delivery and increase reach/revenue impact and use knowledge to train teams to improve workflow
Work on innovations that will substantially improve workflow, remove bottlenecks, reduce cost, and streamline the brand marketing functions
Manage processes, recruitment, structure and activities of all functions within brand marketing
Develop a framework for knowledge and asset sharing with internal and external stakeholders
Provides support in making important policy, planning and strategic decisions
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale ensuring that all team members have the resources, tool and training they need to be effective.
Ensure processes are being followed and that teams are facilitated to continuously improve these processes
Negotiates contracts for advertising, marketing, and promotions.
Monitors internal costs and competition pricing to develop pricing and discounting strategies.
Project management of tradeshows, customer events and other major internal events including the annual sales meeting and team offsites
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related field. Masters Degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in equivalent experience, specifically in project management, process/quality control and resource planning/allocation.
Experience leading a team of direct reports is required.
Certifications : Lean six sigma and/or Agile preferred
Prior experience with project management software (such as Wrike) is preferred.
Ability to successfully manage complex projects across cross functional teams and vendors

The Foreman will be working in and around the Marietta, GA various athletic fields. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Foreman will read blueprints, set grades with laser equipment, coordinate trades and materials, and operate heavy equipment. Perform fine laser grading, drainage system installation, trenching, stone base preparation, fencing, field layouts, asphalt paving of athletic tracks, and general construction work.

What you'll do:
Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring accurate field layouts.
Operate and oversee various pieces of equipment and tools.
Coordinate trades, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, and other construction management on project status.
Maintain a daily job site log and provide reports to management as required.
Make operational adjustments as needed to meet construction deadlines.
Supervise and lead field crews in performing laser grading, trenching, drainage systems, asphalt paving, concrete curbing and flatwork, and other construction tasks.
Ensure work is performed safely and efficiently in outdoor environments, including during long hours, weekends, and varying weather conditions.
What you need for success:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in civil construction, including operating equipment and using laser systems.
Strong ability to read and understand blueprints.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and work with a team.
Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions, multi-task, and adapt to changing job demands.
Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required (40% local and 60% overnight).
Physical capability to carry, lift, or hold 50+ lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Commitment to safety, professionalism, and meeting project deadlines.
OSHA 10 or 30 nice to have.
Valid driver's license

Under the general supervision of a site superintendent, responsible for all physical labor performed on the job for installation of a synthetic turf fields. Overnight travel is required for this position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist in setting up field upon arrival.
Handle and place aluminum stencils for inlaid field markings.
Handle and place straight edge.
Cut turf with scissors and razor knives with precision.
Place turf markings & logos into hot glue.
Check seam quality and bond strength of glued turf.
Perform clean up around job site.
Assist with walk-through at job completion.

What you'll do:
Review Project Documents:
Examine blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to understand scope and requirements.
Identify potential issues or discrepancies in the plans.
Prepare Cost Estimates:
Calculate costs for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

Experience with post tension construction, concrete, site storm water systems, site excavation, sports field construction, athletic facility/surfaces etc. preferred.
Estimation:
Demonstrates expertise estimating projects, integrating schedules, and engaging with key stakeholders, including the design team, owners, and operations.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficient in problem solving and cost/data analysis.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and costs.
Technical Skills:
Highly proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and various types of contract documents.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
Software Proficiency:
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite as well as estimating software: Procore, Bid2win or equivalent, preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to travel 25% of the year when needed.
