The role will analyze current end-to-end processes and provide recommendations to leadership supporting the development of strategies focused on improving efficiency and eliminating waste. This role directly partners with leaders across the Supply Chain, as well as key stakeholders and other subject matter experts to deliver business transformation while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
**Job Description**
**You will contribute by** **:**
+ Full Cycle System Implementation: Serve as a liaison between business andtechnical teams to develop an an implementation, adoption, and sustainabilitystrategy for all technology implementations. Develop and execute project plans to ensure that all implementation phases are completed on time and within budget and ensure compliance to all business requirements. Develop and execute training plan to all relevant end-users and ensure efficientimplementation of all systems. Communicate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues throughout implementation process. Become system SME, work with end-users and technology teams to support innovation and continuous improvement culture.
+ Lead, Coach and Drive Results: Analyze operations to identify, quantify and prioritize actionable areas for step change improvements. Develop business cases (problem definition, establishing baselines, KPIs and financial impacts, etc.) for potential projects. Engage cross-functional teams ensuring alignment and support for projects and related improvements. Leads and supports broader national and regional projects to ensure standardization and sharing of best practices across locations and C&S. Facilitate process improvement activities, training and mentorship. Accountable for driving projects and achieving sustainable results. Lead and execute the capital expense request process when applicable.
+ Relationship Building: Engage with leaders and key stakeholders to assess performance challenges and business needs supporting the long term improvement of KPI's. Partner with operations leaders to improve processes that result in improved employee / customer experiences. Coach operations leaders to leverage innovation and newly implemented solutions. Develop, communicate and present results tailored to the level needed. Support business partners through successful ongoing execution as a subject matter expert.
+ Monitor and Mentor: Leverage project management processes to actively monitor project risks, actual business impact and overall project success. Lead, coordinate, support trainings as needed to ensure overall project success. Act as the primary administrator for project tracking and reporting. Be innovative and teach the organization to think differently by challenging the status quo and celebrate great results.
+ **Travel Required: Yes; up to 75% Company will consider well qualified candidates from any US location willing to travel heavily.**

+ Specialized Knowledge : Ability to leverage analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills
+ Special Skills : Experience in implementation and project management to include applying analytical methods to improve processes.

+ Other: : Experience within CPG, Supply Chain, Transportation and Warehouse Operations desired.
+ Analyze and develop work processes to obtain maximum productivity and provide suggestions for improvement. Successfully lead change management activities
+ Be a team player committed to quality and working effectively. Proven ability to multitask, effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
**Years Of Experience**
+ 2-5 : Proven track record of accomplishments. Ideally related to project leadership, administration and/or project implementation support with demonstrated benefits.
+ 0-2 : Warehouse Connect experience a plus
