Tenant Service Coordinators are front line representatives of the Company and are responsible for receiving, logging and dispatching tenant's requests for service in an efficient, friendly, and responsible manner. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive tenant calls and log them into Angus work order program, contact maintenance personnel or contractors (HVAC, janitorial, etc.). Follow up with building staff on status of calls and close out service calls.Run reports for Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager as requested.File, and organize Insurance Certificates for tenant move ins/outs and contractors: file and maintain certificates in Angus.Close out completed Work Orders in Angus daily. Prepare daily and weekend reports for building staff.Prepare memos, letters and tenant welcome packages for tenants and vendors as needed.Maintain and update tenant and vendor directory.Assist with the update of the buildings fire safety plan on a semi-annual basis including updated and coordinating tenant organization charts for the plan.General Office Duties: set up files/labels/books.
