Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in injection molding, with a focus on microinjection processes. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion, Hypermill). Deep understanding of thermoplastics and other materials used in microfluidic manufacturing. Proven track record of effectively manufacturing micro‑scale components. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: Experience working in cleanroom environments. Familiarity with automation systems and robotics for molding operations. Knowledge of advanced inspection systems for micro‑scale manufacturing.
