Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Director El Paso, TX Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Days | Rotating Weekends Compensation & Incentives: Base Salary: Up to $130,000 annually Leadership Incentive Bonus: Up to 17.5% annually (based on facility performance metrics) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 Relocation Assistance: Available Job Description Overview A large acute care hospital in West Texas is seeking an experienced Neonatal ICU Director to provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for a Level III NICU and Transition Nursery. This role oversees a high-acuity neonatal program, including NICU transport services, and is responsible for quality outcomes, staff development, financial performance, and service line growth. This opportunity is ideal for a NICU nursing leader with strong neonatal clinical expertise, proven leadership capability, and experience managing complex neonatal services.
