Partner with business leaders, IT, and Build U stakeholders to align training content with operational needs and organizational priorities. Create and maintain user guides, training materials, knowledge bases, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting FAQs to support self-service learning. Identify skill gaps and recommend training improvements to continuously raise system proficiency and effectiveness. Support change management efforts by preparing users for system updates, new functionality, and process improvements. Measure training effectiveness and continuously refine content to improve outcomes and adoption. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in business systems support, IT support, or technical training. Demonstrated experience delivering end-user training, facilitating workshops, and supporting onboarding for new and existing employees. Experience designing, developing, and maintaining structured training curricula, learning paths, and documented learning modules. Experience creating and managing content within a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar training platforms (e.g., course creation, updates, tracking completion). Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly training materials for diverse audiences. Experience developing user guides, job aids, knowledge bases, and self-service learning resources. Hands-on experience with CMiC highly preferred. Experience troubleshooting ERP systems, business applications, and integrations. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting and training cross-functional groups. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook; Power BI is a plus).
