Infosys is seeking a Tibco Developer. As a Tibco Developer, you will be a key player in leading the team for defining the problem statement, Requirements Elicitation, perform Impact Assessment, work to arrive at High and Detail level Design solution options and makes recommendations. You will create architecture and process artifacts, perform development, Code Reviews and Implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
* At least 2 years of relevant Information Technology experience
* U.S. Citizens or those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply. We are not able to sponsor at this time.
* The location for this position is Bridgewater, NJ. This position may require travel and/or relocation.

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 2 years of experience in in-depth hands-on application development experience in TIBCO Business Works 6.x and overall TIBCO Suite of Products
* At least 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
* Excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills.
* Experience designing and developing TIBCO BW 6
* Experience in working on various messaging layers like TIBCO EMS, Integration of TIBCO with SAP Systems is a plus
* Implement best practices in TIBCO architecture / design / coding
* Ability to work and communicate effectively with program management
* Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
* Strong communication, problem-solving skill
* Experience and desire to work in Global offshore/onshore model.
* Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Position Description
Client is looking for a Software Engineer who works largely independently within defined projects/work streams and is checked on end results. Has an executional role in design and development projects or acts as an expert tester who designs test scripts and provides overall project guidance and planning support. Advises internally on solving functional and technical problems regarding the assigned applications and Infrastructure.

This role is based in Houston, Texas.

Your future duties and responsibilities
" Solution consultation and development in accordance with the enterprise technology principles, methods, standards, and practices.
" Estimation, solution design, detailed technical design, application technical deliverables including code, associated tests and documentation.
" Contribution to functional excellence in terms of definition and maintenance of standards, methods and tools, bringing in best practices from market standard implementations.
" Manage complex integration scenarios and interfaces between on-premise solutions, cloud and legacy systems.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
" 5+ Years relevant software development experience broadly ranging from front-end, back-end, cloud automation and orchestration with depth in one or both of front-end and back-end development.
" Expert in .NET 4.5 or above, C#, XML, XSD, Tibco EMS and Tibco ADB knowledge.
" Expert in Web Development technologies such as Kendo and React.
" Significant domain experience in one or more of the business areas in energy sector (downstream, upstream, integrated gas, energy trading, renewables & energy solutions).
" Back-End Development: " Proficient in one or more of the programming languages (.Net, and C# are priority).
" Proficient in one or more of Data Development, Tibco EMS and Tibco ADB technologies is highly desirable.
" Experience in Agile teams applying the best architectural, design, unit testing patterns & practices with an eye for code quality and standards.
