Responsibilities
- Serve as Technician for all tissue recovery activities within the entire service area as a dissector or back table role
- Provide call coverage for a minimum of 14-21 days per month.
- Attains Tech III status; Preceptor.
- Package tissues and assist in coordinating shipment of tissue and blood to the processing facility.
- Interact with ME/Coroners, hospital staff and other recovery site personnel with the knowledge to answer general questions about donation.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills.
