+ Review of incoming documents and entry of updates to the system
+ Complete title applications and related documents required for DMV processing
+ Prepare correspondence and other records to fulfill the title process
+ Work alongside a variety of internal and external professionals and customers providing superior customer service
+ Maintain notes and records within the system
+ Additional tasks or special projects as requested by management
