Accounting Coordinator

The Accounting Coordinator supports day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions by ensuring invoices, payments, and financial records are accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner. This role works closely with the Finance team and internal partners to support cash flow, maintain data integrity, and assist with month-end activities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in accounting or finance. Key Responsibilities

  Process Accounts Payable invoices, including data entry, coding, verification, and approvals
 </li>
 <li>
  Support Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing, payment posting, and account tracking
 </li>
 <li>
  Review AP and AR transactions for accuracy and compliance with company policies
 </li>
 <li>
  Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice status, discrepancies, and payment questions
 </li>
 <li>
  Assist with payment processing, vendor setup, and W-9 documentation
 </li>
 <li>
  Maintain organized electronic and physical records to support audits and reporting
 </li>
 <li>
  Support month-end close by assisting with reconciliations and researching discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
  Enter and maintain accurate financial documentation within internal systems
 </li>
 <li>
  Identify errors or missing information and follow up for resolution
 </li>
 <li>
  Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
 </li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
 <li>
  0-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, accounting, or administrative support
 </li>
 <li>
  Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred (not required)
 </li>
 <li>
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
  Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
 </li>
 <li>
  Comfortable with data entry and learning new systems
 </li>
 <li>
  Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
 </li>
</ul>
Preferred (Not Required)
<ul>
 <li>
  Prior exposure to AP/AR processes or invoicing
 </li>
 <li>
  Experience in logistics, transportation, or a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
  Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems
 </li>
</ul>
