Our Operations Shift Supervisor in Training reports to the Plant Director. Responsible for management and supervision of workshop personnel, production, labor discipline and quality, deploying workshop production tasks, conducting product cost control, effectively improving product quality and output.
Representative Duties:
1 Responsible to the Plant Manager, accepting assigned tasks
2 Learns all plant machinery and production processes
3 Assists in debugging and production tracking and technical support for difficult products
4 Participates in learning techniques and assisting in increasing yield, productivity and product quality
5 Trains on all workshop equipment and assisting in reasonable improvement and maintenance
6 Learns all technical and quality documents
7 Responsible for learning and and assisting first piece inspection process
8 Assists in updating monthly board
9 Learns workshop production techniques and handles a variety of problem issues
10 Responsible for learning and assisting in half-hour sampling check of production glass appearance, preventing large quantity defects
11 Conscientiously assists in implementing integrated management system documents
12 Stores wastes by categories
Qualifications:
Experience: 0 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Education: Recent completion of a Bachelors Degree
Must be 18 years of age or older
