* Client Implementations - Manages a team responsible for providing project management for client implementations to products and software.
* Manages the performance of assigned staff, coaches and guides on project management.

Job Summary:
The CESI Training Specialist provides training, education, and evaluation of BLS, EMT, and N95 courses to ensure individual competence and program compliance with AHA, OEMS, and OSHA accreditation standards. He/She assists in CESI related programs. He/She may be asked to work weekends and evening shifts.

This position requires a minimum of 16 hours per month.
Job Responsibilities:

As a BLS Instructor, teaches AHA Basic Life Support classes to internal and external customers as well as HHC customers.

Prepares BLS instructional areas, i.e., classrooms, task trainers, and other equipment and material required for program.

Performs administrative BLS tasks such as obtaining student sign ins, maintaining student records and course documentation in Enrollware.

Prepares, reviews, and implements class lesson plans and skills. Responsible for the certification of practical skills of new EMT candidates and for overseeing, coordinating and certifying state EMT practical examinations and for administering written exams to EMR's and EMT's.

Responsible for inventory management and will notify CESI Administrative Assistant should supplies need to be ordered.

Teaches BLS and EMS classes off site as needed and is required to drive and supply materials as necessary.

Maintains thorough knowledge of each program and remains current in changes to requirements. Responsible to communicate any changes to the CESI EMS Manager.

Coordinates N95 fit testing sessions, administers the fit testing program, and provides education and training on the N95 mask fit testing process for all employees as part of their required yearly validation.

Conducts self in a manner that represents HHC's Values at all times.

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
Successful completion of an EMT training program.
College degree in Healthcare related field
Minimum 3+ years' experience as EMS Provider and in training healthcare professionals.
BLS Provider certifications
BLS Instructor

The Training/Education Specialist is vital to the operations of the Neurovascular Commercial Development and Medical Education team. In this role, you will use your experience in the digital and editing environment to build and produce educational support material for the Neurovascular Operating Unit (OU). Our Digital environment includes virtual platform recorded live cases (Avail Proximie), Cornerstone, a Learning Management System (LMS), , and you will be the conduit for Global Sales Training to support US and Global needs by building engaging educational video based curriculum in the LMS and providing extensive video editing services for all needs. You will use your critical thinking skills to communicate with the overall team for effective work facilitation.

The Neurovascular Operating Unit is based in Irvine, CA. This role is open to a hybrid work model within a commutable distance to Irvine (in office 3 days per week/remote 2 days per week). There may be limited relocation assistance available.

**A Day in the Life**

+ You will plan, develop, and coordinate in-house product training support videos for Neurovascular field teams and customers.

+ Program manage the video editing and distribution of all virtual platform videos.

+ Lead the Learning Management System (LMS) process

+ Obtain information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepare training video materials; develop course content; determine methodology; and coordinate the development of training aids.

+ Process and edit all digital/virtual material

+ Execute MedReview process

+ Control distribution of approved material

+ Maintain communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training.

+ May engage SMEs and other trainers with technical expertise.
