Essential Position Functions and Responsibilities:
Loads and unloads tanker/totes with lubricant products, both bulk and various package styles adhering to all Company and Governmental regulations.
Operates box truck and stake bed trucks according to Company policies and state/federal laws. Transports load over required route to proper destination, observing all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Completes and transmits all paperwork in compliance with established Company procedures.
Maintains vehicle cleanliness and replaces gaskets, keep nozzles and other related articles as necessary.
Performs safety inspections on trucks, equipment and/or facilities as required by Company policy.
Maintains miscellaneous service duties such as checking, on a daily basis, oil, water, fuel, tires and tank related items.
Reports any equipment malfunctions/concerns to Warehouse Manager and/or Fleet Manager.
Knowledge of and the ability to use auxiliary pumps for loading and unloading of vehicle and use spill kits and fire extinguisher

Perform specific tasks as assigned by Warehouse Manager
Always give all customers prompt and courteous service and use tact and diplomacy in dealing with Wilcox & Flegel Team Members and guests
Promote and support Company image standards.
Adheres to all city, county, and state regulations.

Must be able to climb in and out of truck, operate gear shift and brake & gas petals

Job Summary:
Liberty Tire Recycling is looking for a Class A route driver at our Portland, OR location. As a Class A CDL Route Driver you will oversee daily collection of waste tires. Each tire can weigh up to 50 pounds. Routes are assigned by dispatch; however, it is the responsibility of the driver to successfully manage the transportation of waste tires to the home facility. Included in this position will be the responsibility to complete all DOT required paperwork and company paperwork at each collection site. Drivers may at times be responsible for transporting monies received at collection sites from customers who are on a cash only basis.

Daily inspections of equipment per DOT regulations
Maintaining a high standard of customer service
