RemX is looking for experienced Customer Service Agents to work as Travel Rewards Customer Service Representatives for a major tech-based company in Alpharetta, GA 30005.
Onsite: Alpharetta, GA 30005 (Location is off Windward Parkway/Exit 11)
Pay: $17.50 an hour (Additional $1 per hour for Bilingual Spanish)
Training: 4-6 weeks Monday-Friday between 9am to 7pm – No time can be missed
Hours of Operation: 24 hours a day 7 days a week
Shift: Set 40-hour work week within hours of operation - weekend availability is required
Responsibilities:
- Inbound calls from customers looking to book travel either using their rewards that have been accumulated or purchasing travel using their payment card.
- Assist customers with changes and cancelling reservations
- Assist customers with navigating the customer website/portal, viewing and using their reward points
- Assist customers experiencing issues with points redemption, etc.
Qualifications:
- REQUIRED - High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Preferred - 1 year of recent work experience with travel, airlines, hotels, or car rentals
- Preferred - Bilingual Spanish/English
- Preferred - Call center customer service experience
- Ability to train from home (distraction free, hardwired)
- Articulate demeanor and friendly personality
- Excellent standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Exemplary work ethic and the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills within a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in travel and/or world history are appreciated, but not required.
