Required Education / Experience / Skills:

+ At least five years of heat treat experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
+ Previous experience with case carburization
+ Familiarity and experience conducting destructive
+ Ability to work from drawings and specifications.
+ Ability to follow shop practices and inspection/testing requirements.
+ Experience with Vacuum Furnaces, Carburizing, and Through Hard preferred .
+ 3 years. Green belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years.
