JOB SUMMARY:
The Electrical Superintendent organizes, supervises, and directs the assigned job crew's electrical work. The Superintendent will organize and control the project's preparation and execution to meet the company's objectives of cost, quality, and equipment conservation. Complete essential paperwork such as material requests, timesheets, safety, and incident reports.
Meets budgets regularly and maximizes profits, taking necessary actions to maintain financial targets.
Maintain familiarity with plans, specifications, and job folder contract scope.

Possesses knowledge of trench safety required during installation of underground conductors
Possesses knowledge of other trades, including concrete, masonry, metals, and wood construction methods
Possesses skill to accurately plan and install conductors in conduits and raceways
Possesses knowledge of and ability to accurately install electrical devices and fixtures in a timely manner
Able to work in restrictive/tight areas (i.e. switchgear rooms, crawl spaces, utility tunnels, attics, etc.)
Able to install switchgear and perform the required terminations
Has experience in terminations/splicing up to and including 600 volts
Possesses technical knowledge, safety knowledge, and ability to work with live and energized parts
Leads and assists in all types of wire pulls (i.e. conduit, cable tray, floor ducts, wire way, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB SUMMARY:
The Commercial Project Manager position will provide overall management for multiple large projects to plan, schedule, adjust, and maintain timelines in a fast-paced construction/installation environment while maximizing resources and optimizing budgets.
