Operating a company-provided truck, the driver is responsible for loading, unloading, and returning cylinders while ensuring full compliance with safety regulations. As the face of AGPI, this role requires frequent customer interaction and demands professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Safely deliver compressed gas cylinders to AGPI customers on a set route and schedule; return empty cylinders for refilling. Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions related to product costs, ordering, and delivery times. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including load manifests, barcodes, FDA lot numbers, and shipping records; ensure proper reconciliation of all documents. Work over-the-road (OTR) shuttle assignments for up to five (5) consecutive days, at least two (2) weeks per month, including weekends and holidays as needed.
