Account Manager
The Account Manager is a vital part of the U.S. Engineering team that is responsible for sales and operations activities. Oversees all aspects of the service business for specific customers. It is the responsibility of the Account Manager to cultivate existing customer relationships, maintain and enhance service agreements, identify and sell additional service repair work, and work closely with other service team members to provide value to U.S. Engineering Company customers.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
Overall responsible for account management, and customer satisfaction for specified customers.
Responsible for selling, managing, and the renewal of preventative maintenance and other service agreement offerings for specified customers.
Responsible for developing the appropriate repair approach, estimating repairs / services, and presenting proposals to specified service agreement customers.

Responsible for identifying, qualifying, managing, and executing solutions / special projects for specified customers.
Surveys and generates proposals for Planned Maintenance Agreements and Projects leveraging technical experts for estimating and identifying the best customer solution.
Identifies opportunities for future service work / projects. Responsible for networking internally and externally to pursue opportunities.
Works with the operations team to ensure project is delivered as proposed.
Continuous customer engagement of assigned accounts to include problem solving, proposal generation, qualifying and selling quoted repair or project solutions, selling additional lines of service, and identifying additional work opportunities to maximize value to customer base.
Provides technical and estimating support as needed for sales team within assigned region.
Ensures customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Service Account Managers support the invoice approval process for assigned accounts and House accounts as identified.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or HVAC not required, but a plus or equivalent years of experience.
Experience:
In-depth knowledge of HVAC and/or PLUMBING systems as well as servicing of those systems.
Equivalent combination of field and relevant leadership experience will be considered.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required. This could include any of the below, or a combination of:
Project management, service management, and sales within commercial and industrial environments in the mechanical construction industry.
Field experiences servicing and/or installing HVAC and/or PLUMBING systems.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Knowledge of mechanical service and construction industry practices, processes, and standards - including systems design, installation, and servicing.

Quality Control Manager
The Quality Control Manager plans, directs and coordinates all on-site QC activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and requirements.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
Create, update and maintain the project submittal log and all other project specific quality control reports.

Summary and Nature of the Work:
Inspect, test, and perform Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and preventive maintenance inspections on plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire & life safety features and automatic temperature control equipment utilizing results oriented strategies to ensure continuing operation. Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Supports design process of the virtual construction department
Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
Use knowledge of Revit software to assist in Building Information Modeling.
Perform routine to complex assignments requiring a thorough knowledge of computer aided drafting system standards, practices, and techniques.
Develop increased proficiency in system operation with a resulting increase in productivity, and learn how to use all software options.
Analyze sketches, notes, and other input material to determine best approach to complete drawings.
Apply judgment and make decisions with respect to drawings and input interpretation.
Review work performed to determine accuracy with input from supervisor, and other project team members.
Work with multiple trade draftsmen both internal and external to resolve spatial conflicts
Job Scope:
The Revit/CAD Technician will be responsible for producing accurate working drawings to facilitate the design, installation and coordination of the mechanical systems
Education:
High school diploma or equivalency required
Associates Degree in Engineering or Drafting Technology helpful
Experience:
Proficiency with Revit software
Proficiency with AutoCAD software preferred
Knowledge of Navisworks preferred
Understanding of layout of HVAC / piping / plumbing
Understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, Pipefitting, Plumbing) preferred
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Basic understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
Basic understanding of mechanical construction principles and processes
Proficiency in the use of computer aided drafting software:
Basic Revit
Navisworks Simulate / Manage
Basic AutoCAD Skills
Bluebeam Revu helpful but not required
Analytical skills
Ability to adapt to changing technology / computer systems, software, etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
Mathematical skills.
Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
Physical and/or travel demands:
These duties require prolonged sitting and use of computer keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
Visual acuity is required to discern drawings, and manual dexterity for operating computer equipment.
Travel to remote jobsite for meetings, trouble-shooting and/or constructability review is required.
May be required to be on-site for several months during the detailing/coordination phase of a project.

Benefits and Compensation:
The range for this position has been established at $19.38 - $27.38 per hour and is US Engineering's good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
Your total compensation will go beyond the number on your paycheck. Team members are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance as well as paid time off. An industry-leading benefits package including health, dental, and vision plans, matching retirement contributions, and matching 529 contributions all add to your bottom line.

The Opportunity
The Service Project Intern supports projects with our Service Department. The Intern will assist Service Project Managers with active projects and gain experience in the mechanical service contracting industry. This position provides exposure to project management, field operations, estimating, and customer relations. Interns are paid P1 employees.
What You'll Do
Support Service Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination, documentation, and scheduling
Assist in preparing project estimates, proposals, and change orders
Attend job site visits to observe project progress, safety practices, and quality control
Help track project costs, purchase orders, and subcontractor invoices
Participate in team meetings to learn about project planning, budgeting, and client communication
Review project drawings and specifications to understand scope and requirements
Gain exposure to service agreements, preventive maintenance, and field dispatch operations
Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, field technicians, and accounting to ensure project success
Qualifications
Current enrollment in a college/university bachelor (4-year) degree program related to engineering. Must be at Sophomore or Junior college level at the time of employment application. Must have at least one semester of college remaining following fall 2025 (We will verify your enrollment, degree program and year in school)
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Must be interested in pursuing a career related to the service contracting industry
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Working knowledge of computer software, including spreadsheets, Microsoft Office and Outlook
Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Must be able to satisfactorily pass a motor vehicle record check. Must be able to meet P1 Group qualifications to operate a vehicle on company business. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must have access to drive a well-maintained vehicle. Must have up to date registration with the local Department of Motor Vehicles. Both the candidate and the vehicle must be currently covered on a personal insurance policy
