Track and follow up on all problem list cases until resolution, coordinating with the appropriate staff as needed. Oversee and manage the breast imaging schedule (MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, and Breast Biopsy) to ensure smooth patient flow and minimal delays. Partner with leadership to maintain efficient workflows and high-quality patient experiences. Train, mentor, and support imaging staff in breast imaging protocols and workflows to ensure consistency and compliance. Identify opportunities for improvement in patient communication, scheduling, and departmental processes.
