Requirements

 Five (5) or more years of related professional experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance, granted by the US Government as needed, which requires US citizenship. The government also uses 13 adjudicative guidelines to determine an individual's eligibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 High emotional intelligence with strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of data governance and data-management best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines independently, and operate effectively in a complex matrix environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to understand stakeholder needs, communicate development plans clearly, and track progress toward key milestones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to obtain relevant certifications as required by future client or contract needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be comfortable working onsite full-time at MacDill AFB, with occasional (estimated 5%) domestic travel.
 </li>

Preferred

 Active (Top) Secret clearance granted by the US Government.

 Experience with Maven Smart Systems (MSS), Qlik dashboarding, development functions, and mashups.
