The IU Undergraduate Research ( IUUR ) office requires a Ph.D.-level professional with expertise in university research processes to serve as a campus liaison. This role will facilitate collaboration across various undergraduate initiatives, craft a cohesive vision, and develop shared guidelines and processes to enhance accessibility and impact across broader student populations. By prioritizing the development of faculty relationships and resources, this position enables the IUUR Student Programming Manager to concentrate more fully on fostering student growth through participation in undergraduate research activities. Job Summary The Director of Undergraduate Research and Mentor Development provides strategic leadership and vision for the IU Undergraduate Research office, playing a central role in promoting and advancing undergraduate research and creative activities at Indiana University Bloomington ( IUB ).
