Post Offer/Pre-Hire: The selected candidate must pass a physical exam including vision and hearing screenings, satisfactorily complete a psychological assessment, and must be able to satisfactorily demonstrate their abilities to meet minimum qualifications.
Post Hire: The selected individual must pass a qualifying shooting course per department standards as a condition of continued employment.

Minimum Requirements
* Must support the mission, vision, and values of NDSCS
* High School Diploma or GED
* North Dakota Peace Officers License or eligibility to be licensed within North Dakota upon employment
* Valid Driver's License with no more than three moving violations in the past two years
* Knowledge of the general nature and existence of rules, procedures, and methods related to duties that comprise the work associated with law enforcement
* Proficient in the use of computers and software applications
* Strong interpersonal/oral/written communication skills
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which will include rotating shifts
* Must have left previous law enforcement employment in good standing
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate degree in Criminal Justice or equivalency in a related field or law enforcement experience
* Two or more years of law enforcement experience
* Successful law enforcement experience in a higher education environment
* Demonstrated knowledge of the Clery Act, Title IX, and the Violation Against Women's Act (VAWA)

Duties & Responsibilities
The UND Department of Music is seeking a dynamic faculty member to join its undergraduate music therapy program. This position has an allocation of 85% teaching and 15% service.
As the Clinical Coordinator of Music Therapy, the successful candidate will maintain and build relationships with practicum locations.
The candidate will accompany students to their clinical placements and provide practicum supervision. This includes leading sessions, using scaffolding to support students to lead sessions over the course of the semester, and providing verbal/written feedback to students.
The person in this position will also be expected to teach courses in the music therapy curriculum with an emphasis on Music Therapy Practicum I-IV. Essential Studies (general education) courses may also be included in the candidate's contract depending on music therapy enrollment.
All faculty are expected to contribute to service within the department, college, university, and community and to participate in the department's recruitment and outreach initiatives. NDCPD @ MSU is seeking a Program Director for the Community Staff Training Project (CSTP). The successful candidate will have operational responsibility for a statewide community training program for direct services personnel in the disability field. The position will be housed at NDCPD on the Minot State University campus anda the FTE is negotiable between 50 and 100% FTE.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage contract(s) with state and other entities to develop, revise and deliver CSTP curriculum
* Provide technical assistance and training to community provider staff on implementation of the curriculum
* Complete required documentation regarding trainee participation, curriculum delivery, and contract implementation
* Manage contract budgets
* Supervise local staff who work on the contract(s)
* Conduct large community training events in the state
* Collaborate with state agency and community provider personnel on contract management and program delivery\
* Develop additional grant/contract proposals related to NDCPD's mission and goals
* Provide state/national presentations on program accomplishments\
* Serve on NDCPD and state committees
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor or master's degree in disability related field; direct experience in providing services/supports to people with disabilities; curriculum/material development experience; technical report/contract development experience; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and in-state travel is required. Chosen applicant must be able to handle confidential situations, demonstrate the ability to deal effectively and interact positively with clients and constituents, and be task oriented. Purpose of Position
To provide Food Service to UND's Children's Learning Center.

Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Distribute food and beverages that are catered into UCLC from Wilkerson Dining Center.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen area.
Restock and clean classroom food service carts.
Wash and sanitize dishes.
Monitor and Record Food temperature and appliance temperature.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Environmental Maintenance
Keep facilities clean and orderly, free from unnecessary objects.
Assist in refilling supplies and assume responsibility for proper care of supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Notify an experienced teacher or member of the administrative about the need for supplies or repairs on a regular basis.
Assist with cleaning and tidying the Learning Center.
Secondary Responsibilities, as needed
Assist in the implementation of developmentally appropriate planned activities that promote growth in all developmental domains.
a. Set a positive example of how learning is fun.
b. Assist children with activities to further their growth and development.
c. Assist with set-up and clean-up of activities.
d. Sub for teacher, as needed.
Assist in maintaining the health and safety of children and the environment. This requires that one be agile and strong.
Assist in maintaining the daily routine that meets children's need for rest, nutrition, quiet and active play, both in and outdoors, throughout the day. (Requires that one be able to play comfortably on the floor, sit on the floor for long periods of time, sit in child-sized chairs at low table, hold children in one's lap, and play outdoors for long periods of time in both hot and cold weather).

Maintain familiarity and meet minimum requirements as indicated by the ND Child Care Center Early Childhood Services -Chapter 75-03-10, Licensing Rules and Regulations. Adhere to these policies to the best of your ability.
Attend the appropriate amount of certified training annually.
Conduct self in an appropriate manner in order serve as a role model to young children, parents, colleagues, and the community.
Maintain good personal hygiene and dress professionally for work.
Assist in attaining staff cooperation and team effectiveness.
Suggest constructive, appropriate ways of handling problems as they arise.
Be respectful and courteous to children, families, coworkers, and visitors.
Maintain good communication with all members of the Learning Center.
Attend and participate in staff orientations and meetings.
The day-to-day responsibilities of the food service employee may require lifting food storage containers and milk bags into the milk machine. Individuals should be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Successful completion of Criminal Background Check-includes fingerprinting.
Upon being hired, enrollment in ND Growing Futures training program for childcare professional development, including a basic childcare course and a mandated reporter training.
CPR/First Aid/AED training within the first 60 days of employment.

Preferred Qualifications
6 months or greater of food service experience to include knowledge of food service and safety standards to ensure meals are served in a safe and hygienic environment.

Enrollment in ND Growing Futures training program for childcare professional development, including a basic childcare course and a mandated reporter training.
