To lead this initiative, we are searching for an outstanding people leader over our Field Renewal Manager team. You will coach a high performing team through customer negotiations, value selling, forecasting 180 days in advance, upsell/cross selling opportunities and more.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:
Lead team who is responsible for driving and leading the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to preserve and improve customer contracts and relationships Act as an escalation point for customer negotiations Maintain and report an accurate rolling 180-day forecast of renewals as a roll up to management Review, challenge and inspect account plans and renewal strategies Guide team to creatively negotiate and execute renewal contracts (in partnership with legal, finance) that align to customer goals Discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth Communicate risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies, escalating wherever appropriate.

What you'll do...
Own Process & Operationalization
You will own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the Customer Success team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships
You will maintain and report an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals
Maintain renewal billing timeline, including ensuring accurate and timely quoting and invoice delivery for all projected renewals for multiple product lines, to limit risk of cancellation.
Analyze processes and propose enhancements to automate renewal billing where possible.
Assist with developing Order to Cash best practices with Revenue Operations leaders
Drive ARR Protection & Growth
You will discover and identify upsell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth
Develop playbook for renewal engagement maximizing revenue retention
Maximize recurring revenue for the company
Provide updates on changes to customer renewal status, monitoring KPI's (expansions, contractions, cancellations) and the rationale behind any changes.
Complete Transactional Activities
You will negotiate and execute renewal contracts that align to customer goals
Interpret contract language to ensure accurate renewal billing
Manage the renewals process to ensure portfolio pricing uplifts are in line or above targets
Manage and assist with specialized billing for customers
