Material Handlers work with both warehouses and production facilities to move products. Responsible for delivering production materials and supplies, staging finished products, and maintaining an open line of communication throughout the facility to ensure supply demands are met to increase productivity. The Material Handler will also ensure that all production needs are fully stocked and have the products they need to fulfill orders and move quickly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with Management team to understand Daily Line Demand
Validate contents of kits to various areas within the factory
Ensure that proper procedures are followed when procuring “missing” parts for those various areas, find those parts that have been issued to a particular job and not in-station, or retrieve parts that must be reissued and deliver to the area of shortage
Confer with production, sales, and warehouse, to expedite the needs of the production teams
Collaborate and reconcile Missing Parts in Station occurrences
Responsible for on-time kit delivery into every work area within the facility
Assists in orchestrating material movement and storage locations for material handler
Responsible for verifying production needs through the shop to ensure minimum downtime in production areas
Ensure that kits/parts are delivered to the correct build station/trailer serial number
Work directly with warehouse personnel to make whole any kits that are requested to the line with known parts shortages
In the event of an in-process change, will be responsible for removal/replacement of parts to satisfy said change
Record damages to materials during production, initiate proper disposition procedures and replace with proper materials as needed
Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and forward incomplete orders for further processing
Be aware of advanced production needs, be prepared to know what is needed for production at least three days in advance by area
Track and record accuracy of critical parts tracker
Communicate inaccuracies to leadership in a timely manner
Availability of working overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Understanding of warehouse software application packages and Microsoft Office proficiency
Knowledge of warehousing and production fundamentals

Summary
The Senior Buyer plays a critical role in supporting CTOS/Load King operations by ensuring the right parts are purchased, at the right time, in the right quantities, and at the right cost. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Execute purchase orders in accordance with ERP/MRP recommendations, planning parameters, production needs, and company policies.
Monitor inventory levels, forecasts, planning data, and usage trends to identify opportunities for bulk buys, scheduling improvements, and long-term cost savings.
Partner daily with Operations, Planning, Inventory Control, Engineering, and Finance to ensure material flow supports production readiness and company goals.
Review, refine, and standardize purchasing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and overall communication.

SUMMARY:

As a CNC Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. Summary
The Sourcing Specialist will help and assist with day-to-day sourcing activities to include identifying and managing suppliers, to meet the company's needs. This role involves conducting requests for quotes, research, and analysis of results. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, good negotiation capabilities, and a general understanding of sourcing strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Execute defined Sourcing Strategies with preferred vendors via RFQ/RFI.
Summarize RFQ/RFI packages to support business award decision process.
Support Production Engineering Change Order process (ECO) with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Assist with hot part expediting process.
Assist with Vendor Management and scorecard alignment.
Audit vendor invoicing, compliance with pricing agreements and purchase price variances.
Assist in analyzing data to improve purchasing and services provided.
Assist in the development and compliance with Purchasing policies and procedures.
Assist with gathering data for all other general purchasing initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
2+ years' experience as Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Specialist, Purchasing Agent or similar role.
Must possess a good understanding of purchasing procedures & solid organizational skills.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong communication skills with the ability to sift through data and clearly communicate key findings and recommendations.
Self-starter with ability to drive independent problem solving
Proficient in MS Office 365 products
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent Manufacturing background in Sourcing or Supply Chain Function.
Working Conditions
Works between an office and plant environment with exposure to varying degrees of temperatures and noise.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time including overnight stays

Attendance - The ability to work as scheduled with punctual attendance, Monday-Friday plus any additional hours/days necessary to meet business demands.

About the Role: The Crane Mechanic specializing in aerials, hydraulics, and 12-volt electrical systems plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of cranes used in durable goods manufacturing. This position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex mechanical and electrical components to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. The mechanic will work closely with production teams to troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and implement upgrades or modifications as needed. Minimum Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven experience as a mechanic specializing in cranes or heavy machinery, with a focus on aerial systems, hydraulics, and 12-volt electrical systems.
* Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components relevant to crane operation.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

SUMMARY
* Design mechanical structures and systems for truck mounted equipment that meet the applicable standards and to perform the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ownership of design and analysis of mechanical structures and components.
* Deep understanding of Bill of Material (BOM) structures.
* Develop new products using 3D solid modeling software (SolidWorks).
* Create detail drawings of 3D models (SolidWorks).
* Work with procurement team to order prototype parts and manage creation of prototypes.
* Create test procedures and work with testing dept to implement functional, structural, and stability testing.
* Make modifications to new designs based on results of testing.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* 2+ years' experience in an engineering capacity.
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
* Proficient in engineering design software - 3D and 2D (SolidWorks and AutoCAD preferred).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Structural Design - Welded steel structures.

Material Handlers work with both warehouses and production facilities to move products. * Work closely with Management team to understand Daily Line Demand
* Validate contents of kits to various areas within the factory
* Ensure that proper procedures are followed when procuring "missing" parts for those various areas, find those parts that have been issued to a particular job and not in-station, or retrieve parts that must be reissued and deliver to the area of shortage
* Confer with production, sales, and warehouse, to expedite the needs of the production teams
* Collaborate and reconcile Missing Parts in Station occurrences
* Responsible for on-time kit delivery into every work area within the facility
* Assists in orchestrating material movement and storage locations for material handler
* Responsible for verifying production needs through the shop to ensure minimum downtime in production areas
* Ensure that kits/parts are delivered to the correct build station/trailer serial number
* Work directly with warehouse personnel to make whole any kits that are requested to the line with known parts shortages
* In the event of an in-process change, will be responsible for removal/replacement of parts to satisfy said change
* Record damages to materials during production, initiate proper disposition procedures and replace with proper materials as needed
* Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and forward incomplete orders for further processing
* Be aware of advanced production needs, be prepared to know what is needed for production at least three days in advance by area
* Track and record accuracy of critical parts tracker
* Communicate inaccuracies to leadership in a timely manner
* Availability to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings
