The Role
CCR is seeking a highly motivated candidate with utility solar experience to manage a team of field technicians to perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities on solar PV systems. This leader will have ownership of site performance, regularly spending at least one full day per week onsite to ensure the safety, reliability and operational excellence of the region.
The Regional will lead and develop a team of field technicians, driving consistent execution of preventative and corrective maintenance. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in utility-scale solar, excellent judgement, and the ability to lead teams through high-volume and complex operational challenges.
This role includes a highly competitive compensation package-base salary, annual bonus, and LTIP-along with full relocation support for candidates transitioning to the region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership
Serve as primary leader for performance, reliability and safety outcomes of the Uvalde sites and surrounding assets.
Lead, coach and develop a team of field technicians, setting clear expectations, conducting regular check-ins and ensuring team alignment with operational priorities.
Act as a culture carrier by reinforcing CCR's safety, communication, and performance standards.
Own technician scheduling, workload balancing, and ongoing performance management.
Operational Ownership
Maintain consistent onsite presence (minimum weekly) to inspect plant conditions, observe technician work, validate safety compliance, and meet with key stakeholders.
Conduct on-site reviews of maintenance quality, contractor performance, and system reliability.
Identify and escalate operational risks proactively, ensuring timely mitigation and communication across CCR stakeholders.
Operational Planning/Technical Evaluation
Oversee daily and weekly field activities to ensure preventative and corrective maintenance is executed safely and effectively.
Coordinate with Operations Engineering and Asset Management to maximize uptime, performance, and energy output.
Manage subcontractors, external vendors, and specialty service providers to ensure high-quality execution.
Review system alarms, field data, IV curves, thermography, and troubleshooting results, guiding technicians to resolution.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with CCR's procedures, manufacturer recommendations, and safety requirements.
Safety Leadership
Identify safety hazards during site visits and take decisive action to remove or eliminate risks.
Model and enforce all safety protocols, including PPE usage, LOTO procedures, and electrical safety practices.
Facilitate safety briefings and ensure technicians maintain required certifications and training (OSHA 30, NFPA 70E).
Communication & Cross-Functional Partnership.
Act as the key point of contact for Operations, Asset Management, Engineering, and external stakeholders for all site-related matters.
Ensure clear and timely communication on outages, risks, schedule impacts, and resource needs.
Provide root-cause analysis and corrective action plans for recurring issues.
Preferred Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
3+ years of experience PV maintenance, including PV DC operations, AC medium voltage systems, network communications and monitoring.
Demonstrated experience managing teams or leading technicians in a field-based operational environment. NABCEP Certified Installation Professional.
Experience with operation of SCADA, DAS and UPS systems.
Skilled in the use of testing equipment and tools such as Thermographic Electrical Inspection, IV Curve Tracing, Meggers, Ground Fault Detection.
Experience in all aspects of PV maintenance, including DC systems, AC medium voltage systems, and network communications and monitoring.
Diagnostic capabilities to troubleshoot and correct problems found.
Knowledge of National Electrical Code and standard design/construction practices.
Ability to read and understand electrical single-line and three-line diagrams.
Proficiency with MS Office suite.
Ability to take direction and complete tasks with minimal oversight.
Valid Driver's License.
OSHA 30 HR Training.
NFPA 70E Standard for Electrical Safety in workplace.
Must have the ability to travel, work on-call during off-shift hours and weekends.

What You'll Do:
Know Business Demands. Become thoroughly familiar with the day's business demands by reviewing schedule and individual customer orders and the beginning of and continuously during shifts.
Direct Loading and Delivery. Direct Plant Operators, Loader Operators, Drivers, or Batch Plant Operators regarding which material to load on trucks. Direct Drivers regarding which customer job site to receive delivery.
Follow Loading Procedures. Weigh Company and non-company trucks on truck scale before and after being loaded with aggregate products. Write or print delivery tickets for all loads of material leaving the yard.
Report Issues. Immediately report any delivery problems to service or sales representatives for quick resolution or mitigation.
Receive Customer Orders. Receive customer orders, mostly by telephone, but also from drivers on Company radio, service or sales representatives over radio or in person, and occasionally by customers in person. Assist customers in identifying proper products needed for specific end uses. Advise customers on Company order confirmation and delivery policies. Record customer orders on order form and in schedule book as received.
Determine Schedules. Tactfully balance cost effective delivery times and rates for Company with customer demands. Make schedule for drivers for next business day in correspondence with customer order requirements.
Complete Daily Reports. Complete reports daily on product sales, product allowances and adjustments, delivery problems, and other matters.

Position Information
We are seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate for the Texas A&M AgriLife Research and Extension Center at Uvalde. The Postdoctoral Research Associate will perform independent and collaborative roles in vegetable physiology-environmental stress research requiring an advanced level of knowledge in a field of plant science, predominantly intellectual and varied in character which requires consistent use of discretion and judgment.
Responsibilities:
Perform independent research with a focus on nutrient and water use efficiency and stress management strategies for tomato grafting using diverse pools of rootstocks and scions
Conduct research under controlled environment and protected cultivation systems (growth chambers, greenhouse hydroponics, high tunnels) and conventional or organic fields
Participate in a collaborative team research project related to soil and plant nutrient uptake in spinach varieties grown in commercial fields and hydroponics systems
Collaborate in the preparation of proposals for funding agencies and industry
Compose and write scientific publications, progress and annual/final reports for grants
Operate research field and lab equipment
Supervise graduate students and other lab/field personnel in research
Plan, conduct, monitor and participate in independent and collaborative tomato and spinach research projects under protected and open field cultivation systems
Use lab and field equipment (ICP, HPLC, gas exchange analyzer, soil/root/plant sensors, chlorophyll fluorescence, etc.), data loggers and image processing tools
Use soil and canopy sensors to monitor soil, water and nutrient status, plant growth, flowering, yield and microclimate modifications
Maintain and calibrate laboratory and environmental stress field instrumentation
Monitor and quantify major tomato insects and diseases on tomato and spinach in response to genotypes, environmental modifications and soil conditions
Collect and organize samples for growth, mineral or biochemical analysis
Harvest plant samples from the experimental plots which requires the ability to lift or move heavy loads up to 50 pounds
Utilize simple to complex statistical analysis and generate narrative and graphical reports
Evaluate data and summarize results for preparation in peer reviewed publications
Participate in grant applications
Present at grower's field days, CEA conferences, workshops and/or horticultural professional societies meetings

Required Qualifications:
PhD degree in horticulture, agronomy, plant physiology, or closely related field
Strong background and research experience in the use of environmental stress physiology instrumentation (gas exchange analyzer, soil/root/plant sensors), data loggers, and image processing tools to collect plant phenotypic/genotypic and environmental data
Strong ability to formulate hypothesis, design experiments, handling scientific data, perform statistical analysis, and writing scientific reports
Experience in laboratory procedures for soil, plant and fruit quality analysis
Evidence of publications in peer-reviewed journals
Excellent English written and oral communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others
Proven organizational skills
Ability to effectively communicate with faculty, students, staff and growers

Uvalde is a community of 16,000 people located in the Wintergarden region of southwest Texas, about an hour and a half from San Antonio. Ensure Quality Control. Conduct routine testing of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, and finished materials to ensure quality control of products at the point of production, shipping, and arrival upon the job site. Job Description
Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a bank with a deep heritage to find its next Loan Portfolio Manager in Southwest Texas.
In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting our loan officers in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial loans. This involves ensuring sound credit quality and building relationships with both existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial underwriting, risk assessment, and financial analysis. You will work closely with borrowers, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate loan growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management & Growth
Assist in managing a portfolio of commercial loans, monitoring performance, compliance, and risk exposure.
Conduct regular reviews of loan performance and facilitate timely renewals, modifications, and payoffs.
Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and diversification while managing risk.
Underwriting & Financial Analysis
Perform comprehensive credit analysis and underwriting of commercial loan applications. This includes analyzing financial statements, assessing cash flow, and evaluating collateral.
Prepare detailed credit memos and present findings and recommendations to the credit committee.
Create cash flow models for underwriting and spread borrower financial statements.
Assess borrower creditworthiness and recommend appropriate loan structures and terms.
Compliance & Review
Review loan packages with lenders to ensure that all compliance requirements and internal policies are met before submission to underwriting.
Ensure all necessary documentation is complete, accurate, and appropriately logged, while identifying any gaps or issues.
Conduct post-approval reviews to verify that all conditions have been met and that the final loan package complies with regulatory and internal standards.
Client & Stakeholder Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
Collaborate with the lending and loan operations teams to ensure a seamless and efficient loan process.
Risk Monitoring
Monitor economic and market trends that may impact the portfolio and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to commercial lending.
Conduct periodic risk assessments and stress testing on the loan portfolio.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of loan documentation, financial information, and client communication.
Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, risk exposure, and underwriting activities for senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CBA) is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lending, with a strong focus on portfolio management and underwriting.
In-depth knowledge of commercial lending products, credit analysis, and financial statement interpretation.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to assess complex financial situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in financial software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities
* Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage to prepare a 100% Repair Plan
* Ensure all needed repairs identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time
* Plan work procedure: follow work order for all operations listed
* Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic windows, and seat operating equipment to gain access to damaged area of vehicle if needed. Store parts on carts or cover to eliminate potential damage
* Mend damaged body by hammering out or filling in dents and welding broken parts; ensure all gaps and fits are to industry standards; remove damaged panels and bolts or welds replacement parts in position and reassemble after parts are painted
* Operate a variety of hand and power tools (e.g. welder, soldering equipment, cutting torch, blocks, hammers, wrenches, sander, spray guns, etc.)
* File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before turning vehicle over to the Paint Dept.
* Repair or replace defective parts
* Ensure all needed repairs identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time
* Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to check for compliance with safety and quality standards
* Perform other related duties as assigned
* Comply with all Classic Collision standard operating procedures, safety, rules, and guidelines
Qualifications
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* I-CAR / ASE certifications preferred
* 2-3 years' collision repair experience preferred
* Valid Driver's License Required
* Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment
* Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
* Successful completion of background check required
