What You Will Do
As an experienced Truck Upfitter/ Equipment Installer, you will deliver outstanding products to customers who have trusted our brands for decades. * You will install various types of truck bodies, Mobile Power Systems, lighting packages, graphics, and other equipment to complete new custom builds for the work truck industry.
* You will work alongside some of the best in the business and will drive business growth.
Education & Experience Required
* Vocational Training and 3+ years relative experience required; or GED with 3+ years in related field (does not require a university degree).
* Experience in automotive repair or vehicle upfitting is a plus.
* Must be able to read and interpret prints, electrical schematics and work orders
* Must be able to perform good mechanical and electrical assembly including troubleshooting any related issues.
* Must understand the use of all production equipment.
* Must be familiar with and understand all procedures and specifications relating to assembly, testing. This includes Process Control, Inspection and Testing, Inspection and Test Status,
* Must have the ability to lift up to 60 pounds; bend and lift containers.
* Must have the ability to operate cranes and fork trucks safely and responsibly.
* Must have the ability to properly adjust Volts/WFS, and weld with a MIG welder.
