Ensure pipes are properly sloped and connected per project specifications and local codes.
Set up and operate trenching and shoring equipment safely.
Check and repair any pipe defects, cracks, or leaks before backfilling.
Work closely with equipment operators, laborers, and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
Perform daily pre-checks and basic maintenance on tools and equipment used.
Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times, including proper use of PPE.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform general labor duties to support the crew and keep the project on schedule.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in pipe laying or underground utility installation preferred.
Knowledge of pipe materials, installation methods, and grade reading.
Ability to use lasers, transits, and levels to set and check pipe grades.
Physically able to perform strenuous labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in trenches.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and commitment to working safely.
Ability to communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Willingness to travel to out-of-town projects as needed.

Position Summary
The Director of Culture & Experience leads all property-level marketing strategy, content creation, and community engagement initiatives for Outbound Sedona. This role also oversees on-property programming that authentically immerses guests in the spirit of Sedona. The position reports directly to the General Manager with a dotted-line partnership to CoralTree Hospitality's Brand & Marketing team, ensuring alignment across digital, experiential, and community-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities Marketing Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute the property's marketing plan including digital channels, brand storytelling, advertising needs, and local partnerships.
Lead all content development including website updates, email campaigns, and social media collaborations.
Manage relationships with media partners, influencers, photographers, videographers, and the Sedona Chamber/DMO.
Ensure all digital and print collateral reflects Outbound's personality and brand standards.
Use analytics to evaluate marketing performance and adjust strategies based on engagement, demand patterns, and KPIs.
Partner with CoralTree's Brand & Marketing team on larger campaigns, creative needs, brand initiatives, and messaging consistency.
Cultural Programming & Guest Experience

Support experiential sales efforts by curating cultural touchpoints that enhance group and leisure stays.

Storytelling & Content Creation
Capture photography and short-form video content that showcases the resort, activities, and Sedona lifestyle.
Write compelling copy for digital platforms, print collateral, and campaigns that highlight the property's unique culture.
