Shortly thereafter, on September 2, 1994, Governor Alexander A. Farrelly and the 20th Legislature of the United States Virgin Islands passed Act.
Four years later on July 26, 1998, JFL successfully went through a second Joint Commission accreditation survey.
Robinson, Doctor Michael Potts was named as the interim Chief Executive Officer until the recruitment of Gregory J. Calliste, MBA as Chief Executive Officer in 2004.
