A Brief OverviewThe Quality Assurance and Compliance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the site's quality systems and compliance programs within a topical OTC manufacturing facility. This role ensures that products consistently meet regulatory standards, internal specifications, and customer expectations. The Supervisor provides leadership to the QA team, drives audit readiness, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.What you will do Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team, fostering a high-performance culture. Align quality objectives with business goals and regulatory requirements. Serve as a key member of the site quality leadership team to influence cross-functional decisions.
