So what a DNS does is link the domain name, google.com, with its IP address, 192.168.160.
- Led successful domain migration including implementation of domain controller with DNS.
- Utilized Linux servers to provide back-up internal DNS functionality.
5. Lan
- Completed 5-plus year's integration of LAN Campus Switch trunking changes and upgrades.
- Repaired and replaced personal and departmental LAN printers.
6. Lan Wan
- Provide administration and maintenance of end users computers and associated system in various LAN WAN environments.
7. VPN
A Virtual Private Network, VPN encrypts a device's internet access, activity, and identity through a secure server, making data theft and third-party traceability more difficult, and increasing the privacy and security of public and private networks, the internet, and Wi-Fi hotspots. The VPN is designed to protect one's system and network from being compromised.
- Developed a role-based account system with SSL and Juniper firewall and VPN devices for remote sites with AES 256-bit tunnel-layered encryption.
- Configured Cisco routers utilizing point-to-point links and site-to-site VPN tunnels back into the core.
8. Remote Sites
- Worked with and assisted the SHAPE Tech Control, COM Center, TARE, and SCARS II remote sites.
- Directed and performed operations for 10 Local Area Network and 15 remote sites.
9. TCP/IP
- Designed TCP/IP and subnets network topology, distributed and documented network upgrades, patches, and fixes.
- Assisted in troubleshooting user problems relating to Network Connectivity, and TCP/IP configuration.

11. OS

- Installed and supported HP Blade servers as well as HP DL380 series including patches and server / network performance monitoring.

13. Juniper
Juniper Networks, Inc. develops and markets networking products and software which include routers, network management software, and network security products. Many large enterprises use Juniper products and software as part of their larger networking operating management suite.
- Performed transition from Crossbeam firewalls to Juniper firewalls.

14. Tape Backup
