The Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist is part of the Digital Sales team and focused on conversion rate and growth marketing strategies. The Strategist is responsible for developing and executing distinct and robust conversion rate plans that will drive engagement and acquisition. The Strategist will work hand in hand with developers, designers and marketers and play a key role in our digital transformation. The Strategist brings expertise in design, development and conversion rate techniques. To support this broad scope of responsibility, the Strategist works both in an agile pod and in cross-functional groups. Success will be measured against KPIs that include digital engagement metrics, and acquisition metrics.
Responsibilities

+ Execute A/B and multivariate (MVT) optimization tests that drive fundamental improvements to the website experience and performance.

+ Interpret data, identify key findings, make recommendations and share learnings based on testing results.

+ Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to understand customer priorities and pain points, develop robust tests/hypotheses, write creative web copy/value propositions and design low fidelity experiment prototypes and wireframes.

+ Build test from the ground up including design, coding and analysis. Work with cross functional teams to leverage expertise and ensure dev and design standards are being met.

+ Assist in ad hoc data analysis to pull out relevant data and insights to support digital initiatives and key performance indicators.

Qualifications

Qualifications

+ 4+ years of experience in front-end web design and development. Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript/jQuery.

+ Experience with Adobe Analytics, Ensighten, Adobe Launch and/or other digital analytics and marketing tools

+ Experience with optimization testing tools such as Adobe Target, Google Optimize and Optimizely. Adobe Preferred.

+ Experience with DMP and CDP tools such as Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe CDP, Sales Force and Pega.

+ Test and learn mindset with strong marketing instincts

+ Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to comprehend complex, technical challenges

+ Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

**Position Summary**

We are seeking a Product Manager - Lead A/B Testing & Optimization for our expanding Test & Learn team, that is passionate about experimentation & data-driven decision making. This is a key role on a fast-growing digital team, responsible for thoughtfully optimizing the customer experience across web and app platforms.

At Under Armour, we are passionate about making athletes better. In order to do this, we must have a customer focused mindset. This means doing research, designing & running experiments, digging into web analytics, and infusing customer feedback & insights through experimentation and user research into the product lifecycle. This role will work closely with product, personalization, and design leaders on the Under Armour Ecommerce Experience team to improve the customer experience, drive digital growth, and deepen our understanding of customer preferences.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

+ This role will be responsible for converting strategies into an executable testing roadmap that ladders up to company objectives and delivers high quality experiments end-to-end for your focus areas.

+ You will collaborate with internal and external partners, motivate them to achieve optimization goals & learning agendas, and build consensus through strong communication & collaboration.

+ You will translate specific business needs and goals from partners into effective A/B and multivariate test plans, define test criteria, strategy, methods, and metrics.

+ You will uphold & improve Adobe Target workflows and organization for testing at scale, and be a subject matter expert on optimization tools.

+ You will help to evolve the customer experience through test strategy identification, looking for key opportunities for differentiation by knowing the competition, doing research, and interpreting data.

+ You will take an active role in achieving the testing program goals, relative to the overall product and company strategy and remain accountable to quantifiable objectives and KPIs (like revenue per visit, conversion rate, NPS, CSAT, number of tests)

+ You will drive strategic thinking by translating A/B test results into recommended actions for the business.

+ You are a comfortable presenter, and will share regular updates & results to a variety of audiences, and are able to do so in a transparent influential manner to drive actions.

+ You will set clear direction for the cross-functional testing team of delivery, engineers, design, QA through requirements, Scrum ceremonies, and maintaining a groomed backlog.

**Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**

+ Proficient with Adobe Target (or other A/B testing tool)

+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

+ Proficient in JIRA / Confluence and Roadmunk (or other road mapping software)

+ Motivated self-starter with proven record of delivering against goals

+ Experience writing clear acceptance criteria

+ Proficient in scrum/agile development methodologies and tools a plus
