**Job Overview**

Responsible for activities that support the clinical trial process from start-up to close out. Clinical Operation professionals are tasked with the planning, implementation, management, and execution of the clinical trial process.

**Long Description**

• Identify, contact, and build relationships with study investigators/sites and networks in assigned areas (e.g., region, countries, or therapeutic area) for the conduct of feasibility and potential study participation

• Build investigator database and feasibility management system (e.g., investigator profiles, country demographics)

• Creates/Coordinate the development of the feasibility questionnaire for a study. Reviews the protocol, seeks expertise from applicable supporting functions (feasibility manger, PM, etc.), and finalizes draft for Sponsor review, as required. Works with PM to obtain client approval of the study specific feasibility questionnaire, as needed.

• Create and disseminate Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs)/Questionnaires to sites and follow up accordingly to ascertain interest and to meet study timelines.

• Adheres to study timelines, documents, and communicates updates to Project Managers.

• Liaise with the project manager to understand studies' budgets and negationists and finalizes budgets with the investigational sites

• Responsible for transitioning sites from Site Feasibility to SSU (Study Start Up) representative.

• Conduct site qualification visits (on-site and remotely)

**What your background should look like:**

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in science-related field preferred

• 2-3 years relevant experience in clinical research, monitoring or study start up

• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

The Work:

+ Deliver quality via Commissioning/Emulation, Testing, and Simulation, as well as direct oversight and inspection of systems design, installation, and programming.

+ Be the go-to person on site to operate and maintain the BAS system for the client.

+ Maintain and improve client relationships with all engineering disciplines and identify and develop new business opportunities.

+ Ensure Building Automation systems are optimized and ready to meet the mission of controlling and monitoring all the points without alarms and overrides.

+ Update programming on graphics displays, and other cool human interactions on control systems.

Here's what you need:

+ Proficiency (2+ years) with BACnet , LON, MODBUS, including HMIs is preferred. Other related HVAC or industrial automation, programming, or installation experience may be substituted based on skill set of candidate.

+ Proficiency (2+ years) with field installation, maintenance or programming BAS such as Metasys™, DisTech™, Niagara™, or similar building automation system.

+ Demonstrable knowledge of Automation Networks such as BACnet, LON, MODBUS, and others and specifically Industrial/Automation IP networking. You have to know how to get the laptop plugged and connected to the right controller.

+ Proficiency in configuring, maintaining and calibrating Building Automation technology components, and connectivity.

Bonus points if:

+ You have an OSHA 30 hour certificate

+ You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, or another related discipline or a 2-year associates degree in BAS, HVAC Controls, or HVAC engineering technologies.

The range of starting pay for this role is $74,800 - $117,400 based on your ability and experience.

How will you make an impact?

As a Site Specialist II, you'll be a part of the important work being done in the lab by supporting and servicing our customers onsite.

What will you do?

* Gas cylinder management
* LN2/C02 / Dry Ice management
* Order standard gas cylinders in accordance with customer procedures
* Receive gas cylinders and perform detailed inspection upon receipt
* Inventory Locations and perform routine pressure checks
* Coordinate Gas cylinders with Vendor
* Maintain appropriate stock of cylinders at all designated stock areas, including freezer farms, supply areas and laboratory point-of-use (POUs)
* Receive and deliver weekly dry ice orders
* Distribute dry ice to designated locations
* Maintain a clean environment
* Perform on-site program replenishments and disbursements.
* Promote a safe work environment through various safety initiatives within functional area
* Serve as the first point of contact for any Gas and Dry Ice matters or concerns.

* High School Diploma or GED required
* Ability to read, write, and speak English
* Ability to use pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
