Troubleshoots and fixes welds as needed or required by QC Inspector.
Performs weld on steel products to the applicable code (ASME & API Codes).
Follows prints accurately and operates grinders and other hand tools.
Operates overhead cranes and other lifting devices.
Accurately maintains required paperwork.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. Secures tools, materials and equipment at end of day.
Follows protocol and procedures documented in the employee handbook.
Regular attendance and timeliness.

Must be able to measure accurately. Able to read welding symbols preferred.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
