The lender contracts with GIS to have inspectors go out to verify the property occupancy, report general property conditions, letter delivery/posting, vacant interior walk-through or insurance repair progress report. Majority of our inspections are basic exteriors where some do require contact by door knock or letter delivery. In addition, there will be some inspections which require interior access to secured/vacant properties and appointment-based insurance loss inspections.
