Coordinates customer lodging accommodation requirements
Insures rental cars are ordered, on-site, and clean prior to customer arrival
Greets arriving/departing customers
Facilitates customer and vendor catering requests
Communicates service requests to personnel in Line Service, Maintenance and Avionics via telephone and two-way radio
Informs customers of other services provided by Western Aircraft
Qualifications & Job Requirements
Minimum two (2) years' experience in a customer service role

Mixes paints and stains for interior and exterior applications.
Prepares surface areas on aircraft or woodwork for applications.
Constructs temporary paint booths.
Formulates color matched paints/stains to match existing finish.
Inspects, repairs, modifies, aircraft painted or finished surfaces.
Touches up paint and interior woodwork and finish.
Paints aircraft in hangar and parts in paint booth utilizing sprayer.
Coordinates vendor services
Orders consumables and raw materials

Our Aircraft Maintenance Internship is an excellent opportunity for transitioning service members to gain valuable civilian work experience during their last 180 days of active-duty service. During the Aircraft Structures Internship, interns will work up to 40 hours per week while they receive training from experienced structures technicians in our FAA certified Repair Station to develop skills to assist with structural inspection, testing, maintenance and repair of aircraft per FAA and manufacturers specifications. Interns will receive hands-on structures maintenance experience to prepare for a career in corporate aviation working on aircraft such as Gulfstream, Dassault Falcon, King Air, Cessna, Piper and Pilatus.

Previous QA/QC Aircraft Inspector experience preferred
Experience with Gulfstream, Dassault Falcon, King Air, Cessna, Piper and Pilatus preferred
Strong knowledge of FARs
Strong proficiency with MS Word and Excel
Other Prerequisites
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Ability to obtain Airport Issued security badge
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Work is primarily performed in an aircraft hangar environment with moderate noise level, inside environmental conditions, which provide protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. Working around equipment with moving parts, ability to lift and carry 50 pounds, frequent standing sitting, walking balancing and stooping.

Job SummaryPrimary function is to act as pilot-in-command of 14 CFR 135 and 14 CFR 91 PC-12/47E flights. This position includes both overnight travel, weekend and holiday work within the authorized areas of en route operations including Canada and Mexico. Home basing negotiable. Work is primarily performed outside of an office environment, with moderate noise level, in varying weather and times, as the duties are performed per customer needs, providing twenty-four (24) hour coverage seven (7) days a week. FAA flight duty and rest requirements remain controlling for all flight duty operations.

Experience:
