You will maintain proper and efficient operation of all pasteurizing, blending, separating, and product transfer systems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborates with Milk Receivers to ensure proper product rotation of raw milk inventory.  Works closely with the plant laboratory to ensure products are formulated and tested to meet plant requirements Blends, mixes, and prepares products for production Deliver product to fillers to avoid downtime on production lines  Minimize product loss Responsible for pulling product samples and documenting to the lab as necessary Alert leaders of any Food Safety or Quality issues or of any processes which become non-compliant with specified requirements Assists in dumping reprocess daily and maintains documentation This is an active position that requires constant focus and activity.
