The Role:
We are seeking a Staff Wireless Network Engineer to help build out and lead the FBG Data Network Engineering team. This role is responsible for designing, deploying, managing, and maintaining hybrid network architecture and operational processes within Fanatics Betting and Gaming. You will partner with broader organizations, and will collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers in multiple domains and verticals. You will be an expert technologist with experience in hybrid networking infrastructure.

Duties and responsibilities may include:
● Drive operational excellence to ensure maximum efficiency and operational uptime, by focusing on hybrid network infrastructures' security, quality and reliability
● Work with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams for on-going hybrid network design efforts and operational support.
● Monitor and maintain security, performance and capacity at Fanatics Betting and Gaming network.
● Work closely with our internal customers to help alleviate their problems and ensure our network continues to meet their demands and expectations.
● Support cutting-edge, multi-vendor data connectivity solutions to support Fanatics Betting and Gaming's growth worldwide.
● Build strong relationships with stakeholders, and collaborate with leaders to provide guidelines and best practices of the data networking strategy
● Communicate, develop, and implement a data-driven engineering strategy, approach, and roadmap for Engineering needs.
● Must be open to occasional travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices and other locations for conferences, events, meetings, and team building activities

What skills are important to us:
● 5+ years of relevant wireless networking experience using modern technologies (Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Juniper Mist) and 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring other engineers
● Solid understanding of security fundamentals and experience with modern firewall technologies (eg; 802.1x, IPSec VPN), and zero-trust network security
● Solid understanding of DNS/Route53, AAA (authentication, authorization and accounting), TACACS/RADIUS and IdP/SSO
● Unix/Linux skills and the ability to script in Python and/or knowledge in Network Automation tool
● Experience working in a high-growth enterprise environment
● Experience designing, managing, and supporting Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
● Knowledge of IT best practice frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and Operational Excellence concepts or methodologies is a plus
● Certifications (AWS Advanced Networking Specialist, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, CCNP/JNCIP, ACDP, ACCP) is a plus

Ops Tech Alliance is seeking Wireless Network Analysts/Engineers to conduct vulnerability assessments of Wireless LAN (WLAN), MESH and Internet of Things (IoT) networks at customer sites. Our analyst/engineers conduct testing and experimentation to identify behavioral trends of potential malicious wireless network activity and establish detection methods to identify network traffic indicating compromised behavior and develops techniques to enhance the discovery process. **REQUIREMENTS**

Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph

5 years experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cyber Security or other related field.

DoD 8570 compliance IAT level 1

Ability to Integrate and test wireless systems, Design, characterize, and analyze wireless systems
