Key Responsibilities: * Represent clients in insurance defense matters * Manage and litigate cases from inception through resolution, including pre-trial, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial. * Draft, review, and file legal documents such as complaints, answers, motions, and discovery responses. * Work closely with insurance adjusters. * Maintain and manage a caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
