Job Summary:
This position supports the Treasury Management Operations Division in the Wholesale Lockbox Department. The individual who fills this position will be responsible for receiving incoming mail, operating the automated MPS40 mail sorter, preparing mail for deliver to the appropriate areas within the lockbox department, and preparing outgoing packages daily. This is also considered a production-oriented position, which includes adherence to Client based service level agreement goals.
Primary Job Duties:
* Manages/ Oversees more complex tasks that are escalated due to issues.
* Acts as dominant expert.
* Ensures TAT is met for all volumes assigned to respective shifts through proper planning.
* Ensures Quality is met (as per client expectations) for all volumes processed during respective shifts.
* Coordinates appropriate staffing, interviews candidates.
* Collaborates with Supervisors on key performance measures as set by the client.
* Facilitates work allocation.
* Tracks/ monitors daily and monthly reporting.
* Participates in progress improvement without impacting quality of work
* Communicates with teams and Managers to provide status of work.
* Participates in meetings with internal teams and external clients.
* Training and Crosstrain others as needed.
Required Qualifications:
* Must have 1 to 3 years of Lockbox experience or related experience
* Must have the basic skills to use a telephone. computer, fax and/or adding machine as needed
* Must be detail oriented, have good problem-solving skills, and accurately interpret information
* Must meet the physical demands of the job (constant: binding, lifting, twisting, turning, sitting and/or standing for long periods of time)
* Must have excellent communications skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
* Must have experience working under strict deadlines in a production- oriented environment
* Combination of seating, standing for periods of time and walking.
