What you will do as a Welder: Reinforce and promote all company core values in daily interactions with coworkers and customers Work from verbal instructions, prints, or work orders Set up equipment, prepare surfaces to be welded, and weld parts Use hand tools such as grinders, portable spot welder, hammers, screw drivers, vise clamps, fixtures and jigs, etc. Read and layout parts to complex prints, and plan details of working procedure Perform complex welds What you need to be a Welder: High School/GED or equivalent experience 2+ years of MIG/TIG experience and ability to pass internal welding test Working knowledge of the principles and methods of welding Skill in operation of welding equipment and tools of the welding trade Must have basic math skills Ability to read blueprints and layout part to prints Good hand-eye coordination Demonstrated ability to weld complex welds Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations What are you waiting for?
