Purpose:

Summary
The Senior Project Manager provides strategic leadership and direction for the successful delivery of mining study projects, ensuring alignment with Worley's policies, client expectations, and contractual commitments. Required Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
* Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the mining, minerals, and metals industry OR similar industry experience, including at least 12 years in project management, supervisory, or technical leadership roles overseeing multidisciplinary engineering or study projects.
* Strong background in mining projects-preferably across base metals, precious metals, and energy transition metals.
* Proven experience in Front-End Studies & Advisory, Concept/Select, Consulting, PFS, FS, and NI 43-101 or SK-1300 reporting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
* Experience with workshare and engineering, procurement (EP) project environments.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
* Advanced degree or professional certification in project management or engineering.
* Professional registration (PE, P.Eng, CPEng, or equivalent).
