Job Summary and Qualifications
Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. What qualifications you will need:
Required Experience: One year of RN experience

Unit: This department is a combination of Med/Surg, Stepdown and ICU patients.
The Acute Care Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. In collaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.

Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to questions/inquiries from applicants and/or employees regarding benefits, leave balances, procedures, orientation, status of application/resume, etc. Provides information and assist employees with an understanding of benefit plans, initial enrollment provisions and process for any changes throughout the year. Resolves employee complaints related to work situations, direct employees to appropriate information/resource regarding benefits and assist with Paycom related issues. Assist Managers to ensure their understanding and compliance with benefit and HR policies and regulations. Keeps management advised of potential problem areas and recommends/implements solutions as appropriate. This includes ensuring that all employee information is current in HRB.
Works with managers to identify applicable candidates, performs background checks, provides salary information, and ensures all required information is provided by employees/managers for all new employees. Verifies transcripts, licensure and/or certification, process criminal, driving, healthcare registry checks for new employees. Works with manager to ensure all required trainings both new and annual are completed for all staff. Processes new employee information into HRB and keyed into CMHC as applicable. Establishes employee's personnel file and confirms all required information is received via audit sheet that has been established. Complete necessary documentation, schedule for orientation and process paperwork for payroll and benefits. Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations. Provides offer letters to new hires after receiving final approval from HR Director
Responsible for all processing in HRB for employees in assigned area and making sure this information is transferred to payroll as needed. This includes setting up new hires in HRB, processing any changes relating to payroll, RU, demographics and terminations. Processes all termination in assigned area which includes securing exit interviews, advising of benefit options, 401k disbursements, confirming any employee payback for supervision, vacation payout eligibility and keeping all information current within ADP.
Ensures that all HR files meet required standard to pass audits for LME, State, DSS and internal requirements. Responsible or assist with representation of HR files as required for all audits.
Assist mangers in making sure all annual trainings are completed by their assigned locations. Must be familiar with service definitions for each service in order to know the required trainings and answer questions regarding required training.
Assist with investigation on employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, etc. Provides assistance direction to assigned managers on handling of employee work related issues
Assist HR Director as needed with various research projects and/or special projects.

Works with Finance department staff on required financial reports and complete reports by assigned deadline.
Works with Center Director to ensure all policies and procedures are followed by all staff.
Determines if all paperwork, billing tickets and documentation is completed in a timely manner according to established guidelines. Works with medical records team leader to ensure that all regulatory standards are followed. Reports positive and problematic findings to center director.
Attends and participates in center management meetings and appropriate company-wide meetings.

Summary:
Under indirect supervision, provides, oversees, and/or administers a wide range of psychosocial evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, counseling therapy, crisis intervention services in a clinical environment which requires a high degree of independent decision-making. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides clinical psychosocial assessment and treatment services to consumers with mental health problems. Face to face clinical assessments are scheduled within 7 days of request of an assessment and provided using necessary clinical skills while meeting all regulatory requirements to ensure reimbursement for services. Provides evidenced based clinically effective treatment services.
Service delivery may also involve consultation with various community stakeholder agency staff, law enforcement, family members or support network as deemed necessary or clinically appropriate. Provides indirect services with a variety of stakeholders from whom services are received or needed by consumers to insure appropriate coordination for transition of services to or from another provider or agency.

Units Billed Minimum Requirement:
There are 25 units of productivity standard to meet. The clinician is expected to collect the necessary information needed for reimbursement for the assessments that are done by the clinician. The clinician is also expected to turn in appropriate paper work so that assessments, intakes, evaluations, screenings, assertive outreach and case support may be billed when appropriate.
Special Attributes: Strong evaluative and clinical assessment skills needed. Must be able to get along well with other professionals to build collaboration in the work environment of multiple providers, community agencies, and a variety of community stakeholders. Must have the ability to gain information, make assessments and build rapport with consumers and families, make sound decisions in emergency situations, and provide evidenced based clinical interventions.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None unless supervising a student and/or training a co-worker.
Education and/or Experience: Doctorate degree in Psychology, or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited college or university and licensed eligible or provisionally licensed in their perspective field. Applicants with master's degrees who are provisionally licensed or licensed eligible as clinical social workers, professional counselors, substance abuse counselors and marriage and family counselors will be given consideration for employment. LCSW and LCAS staff is expected to complete first evaluation training and provide first evaluations in the community. Psychologist staff is expected to provide first evaluations in the community.

Summary: The Information Systems Analyst I routinely executes processes using EDI configurations to exchange data with payer systems. The position routinely analyzes datasets to validate trends in EDI production with corporate productivity while also identifying necessary reactions to EDI exceptions. Executes ad hoc queries to fulfill managerial reporting requests and to identify deficiencies in the practice management database.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
ANSI EDI creation and submission to various payer systems
Maintains ongoing knowledge of Federal/State/Local rules and regulations pertaining to HIPAA, Medicaid, Federal DHHS, State DHHS, MCOs through research, peer engagement, workshop attendance, communication bulletins, and close communications with payer contacts.
Maintains working knowledge of the agency EHR and Practice Management systems to adapt systems to changing external forces, such as changes to HIPAA transaction standards that require modifications to EDI file processing.
Working with payers to ensure EDI protocols result in low levels of transaction denials while also working with agency staff to ensure they are aware of their own patterns of actions that result in transaction denials, i.e., failure to credential staff for failure to pre-authorize services.
Works closely with Reimbursement department and Data Support department to troubleshoot errors and denials and coordinating dependent interdepartmental transactions such as enrollments and claim submissions.

Education and/or Experience: Must possess at least a High School Diploma. Bachelor degree in computer science, business, or related field preferred. Actual work experience will be taken into consideration in lieu of education.
