Make a difference.

As an Assistant to the Warehouse Supervisor you will ensure our warehouse is a smooth operating machine and that our products get where they need to be. In this role, you will receive, store, select, pack, and ship warehouse inventory. Technology will be needed for this role in warehouse management system locations.

Shift is full-time 10:00am - 7:00pm M-F, no weekends, paid holidays.
Pay is $25.50 per hour.

In this role you will:
Work with drivers to determine routing for trucks and ensure loading operations are in compliance Select stock to fill customer orders Load and unload delivery vehicles Maintain warehouse equipment and material Supervise warehouse personnel and prepare various inventory reports on occasion

Responsibilities

* Supervises collection of past due loans, credit cards and overdrawn share accounts.
* Accelerated learning of advanced Member Assistance activities.

* Answers or refers procedural questions from Officers and Representatives.
* Supervises collection team members.
* Completes and executes training classes and learning paths.
* Responsible for assisting with, supporting, completing and coaching duties and responsibilities of Member Assistance Representatives and Officers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred, 2 years of experience required. Excellent communication and interviewing skills. Proficient on computer, typing and input. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times. Basic business math and English skills. Proficient in fundamentals of collection, phone etiquette, letter writing, credit reporting analysis, basic personal finance skills including, budgeting, risk analysis and loan to value calculations. Must be goal focused, self-motivated and have good leadership/inter-personal skills.

An effective Member Assistance Supervisor is responsible for and measured by providing, achieving and improving the following areas:
