The extended scope of this project includes linking each Job# within Intouch to it's corresponding visual SOPs and WIs, allowing real-time operator access to the correct documentation at the point of use. This is a project-based engineering role requiring independent execution, technical understanding of manufacturing process, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *Digitize and standardize SOPs, Work Instructions, and Quality Documents across Injection/Compression molding and assembly operations. *Develop video-based training modules (60-120 sec clips) integrated into digital SOPs. *Design and deploy digital production forms (start-up checklists, changeover verifications, in-process quality checks) that support World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and accelerate operator training. *Run Pilots on one to two manufacturing cells (for example, an injection-molding or press line), gather operator feedback, iterate content, and scale after validation with formal review gates. *Build and maintain a central SharePoint document library with revision control and multilingual access.
