The Gas Turbine Test Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in supporting the Full-Speed No-Load (FSNL) Gas Turbine Test operations within the Greenville SC Gas Turbine Factory. This position is responsible for maintaining and optimizing mechanical process systems to support gas turbine testing. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate test processes that align with business goals, support configuration management, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Support commissioning, startup, and optimization of new equipment and processes. Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements: Required Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline required. 2-7+ years of experience in batch chemical manufacturing or process engineering (experience level may vary by role level). Strong knowledge of batch processes, chemical manufacturing operations, and process safety management. Demonstrated experience improving OEE, cycle time, throughput, and yield in a manufacturing environment. Experience with PSM, MOC, PSSR, and FMEA development.
