Since the time of the ancient Greeks, Wine is the perfect fancy, fruity drink for any occasion. In fact, in the United States, wine is the second most popular alcoholic drink in the country after beer and is consumed by 34% of Americans who drink alcohol.
With that in mind, it’s no wonder there are a few highly popular brands out there offering something for everyone, regardless of taste, budget, or lifestyle. And, due to the niche nature of the drink, wine companies develop and release an average of 240 new wine brands each year.
These brands regularly change and adapt to fit the desires of their consumers all the time, and new brands emerge regularly. After all, there’s even a huge variety of wines that can fall under the same brand.
So with that in mind, what are the best-selling wine brands in the world today? To answer that, we’ve gathered a list of the top 10 best-selling wine brands in the world, based on their volume (cases) sold in 2019.
