Position Summary This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a candidate interested in working in Ohio! Our rapidly growing multi-location, multispecialty practice is seeking a Fellowship-trained Retina surgeon. Our offices are well equipped with full staff and EHR. Extra resources and partnership program through affiliation with EyeSouth Partners Strategic Management Partner to help onboard and maximize potential for success. Access to corporate support services to reduce administrative burden on physicians and improve clinical efficiency. Network of 400+ ophthalmologists and optometrists. Eligible for partnership after 1-2 years for experienced hires and 2-3 years for residents/fellows. - Practice consists of 3 Doctors. 2 Full-time, 1 Part-time. This is a private Doctor owned group. - Group has a Retina specialist, high volume potential for Cornea Specialist. - Large Referral network from all Optometrists in the area, as we have 10-12 in the area that refer to us. Our practice does not do any optical. We have a large cataract patient population. - Group has 3 offices, the main office is in Springfield, OH. - Current providers work up to 36 hours a week, with 1/2 days on Fridays. - Daily volume potential can be 12-16 procedures a day. Group is currently booked up 3 months in advance. - Typical weekly work flow can be 3 days in a clinic and 1 day in surgery. We are flexible due to the volume potential for a new provider. - Partnership in Surgery center and Group offered after year 1. Partnership can consist of real estate, surgery center and practice. - No Nights, No call, No weekends. - Base salary + percent of collections model, full benefits, PTO, 401K match, Med Mal and CME of 3K with CME time off.
