Alliance Health Care company history timeline
The Alliance Santé group was formed in 1991 by a merger between Alleanza Salute Italia and two French pharmaceutical wholesalers.
In September of 1992, the taxpayers voted to release funds, originally designated for the ER, to be used for hospital operations.
Then on May 1, 1993, due to the relationship between Doctor Joe Ingram and former Governor Raymond Gary, Baptist Healthcare of Oklahoma agreed to manage hospital operations.
By 1996, the foundation goal had been reached, and two physicians were recruited to the community.
Following a merge between the UniChem group and Alliance Santé, Alliance UniChem was formed in 1997.
Expansion of the hospital began in October 1999.
In 2004, Alliance UniChem acquired 29.99% of ANZAG, a German pharmaceutical wholesaler.
In 2006, Boots and Alliance UniChem merged, forming Alliance Boots.
Akumin founded in 2014 with acquisition of 13 clinics in Florida
In 2016, Hedef Alliance was rebranded to Alliance Healthcare Turkey.
