Recommend manpower allocations across departments, monitor production rates, inventory allocation and crane utilization to ensure maximum fill rates for the customer.
Seek out areas of loss in the operation; develop, lead and manage strategies to reduce losses and improve overall business productivity.
Assist the OCC manager in synchronizing all individual processes from automation, manual selection, and cross-dock to eliminate dock congestion.
Field calls from customers with various requests and complaints and communicate back with answers to their concerns and provide estimates on the severity of the issue.
Coordinate last minute store orders.
Utilize progressive coaching and counseling concepts according to established policies and procedures to provide continuous feedback on performance, increase employee retention and improve employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
