Job Description Children's Home of Reading | SafeGuards Foster Care Now Hiring: Foster Care Case Manager Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000 The Case Manager is responsible for safety and services to children and families in foster care. Tasks include facilitating team meetings, development of individualized service plans, coordination of individualized services across all settings, including the home, school, and community environment, and documentation of support related activities and services. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Case Managers shall possess a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, guidance and counseling, education, criminal justice, nursing, or related field human services field. The Case Manager may need to assist in the implementation of a ½ hour Social Skills group.
